What is the First Burn Promise?
Our First Burn Promise lets you try your first Dhrya order at home with confidence. If the scent is not right for you, contact us within 30 days and we’ll offer an exchange, store credit, or refund.

How many sticks can I try?
For single-scent Core Sets or Refills, you can try up to 3 sticks from your first order and still be covered by the promise. 

For the Majestic Blend, customers may try up to 1 stick per scent, up to 8 sticks total, as the box contains 32 sticks: 4 sticks of each of the 8 Dhrya scents.

For refill subscriptions, the First Burn Promise applies only to the first subscription order. Repeat subscription refill orders are not covered by the First Burn Promise.

One claim per customer or household. Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery. 

Does it apply to every order?
The First Burn Promise applies to first-time Dhrya customers only. One claim per customer or household. 

Do I need to return the product?
We may ask for your order number, a photo of the product, and details of your experience before arranging the best solution.

Does this affect my legal rights?
No. This promise is in addition to your statutory rights.
