Shipping policy
Orders placed before 3:30 PM (Mon-Fri) are dispatched the same day, ensuring fast delivery. Please note that national holidays and busy periods may impact this service.
UK Shipping:
- Free Standard Delivery. (2-3 working days)
- Express Delivery: £6.49. (1-2 working days)
- Evri Pickup Point option is available
Europe and International Shipping:
- Free delivery for orders over £55 (3-5 working days).
- Flat £9.99 fee for orders under £54.99
Please ensure your address is complete and accurate, including flat/apartment numbers. Incorrect details may result in additional postage charges for re-delivery or deducted refunds.
Delivery Failure:
If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as providing an incorrect shipping address or being unavailable to receive the package), or if the customer declines to accept the delivery, the package will be returned back to us at the customer’s expense. This expense includes any shipping costs incurred, which will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.
Change of Delivery Address:
Once your order is in transit, we're unable to change the delivery address.
After receiving your order:
Please carefully inspect the package and its contents upon receipt to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for delivery. If you discover any damage or discrepancies, please refuse delivery of the goods or sign for them as "Damaged," then contact us immediately.
Order Cancellation:
We regret to hear that you wish to cancel your order! If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll provide you with a full refund upon cancellation.
If your order has already been shipped, you'll need to request a refund once you receive the order. Please refer to our Return and Refund policy for more information.
Gift Wrapping:
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift-wrapping services.
Holidays:
Please note that couriers do not deliver on Bank/National Holidays. Your order will be delivered on the Next Working Day.
